Turnaround times are only estimates. They are not set in stone and may fluctuate. If a project may take a little longer (parts arrived broken and new ones need to be ordered, family emergencies, etc,) this will be communicated. We understand you are excited to put your babies new toys in their cage, and we are equally as excited to see pictures of happy suggies playing with them.

The current estimated wait time is around 3 to 4 weeks for toys, and 1 week for charm and pom orders.
